Refund policy
All orders are final unless the wrong item is sent to you. In that situation you must let us know through email with order number no later than 48 hours after the delivery date.

If your order was marked DELIVERED according to the tracking, and you did not receive please contact your local post office or ask your mailman. We are NOT responsible for stolen or missing packages.
