All orders domestic and international are shipped through USPS. Because of Covid-19 please expect a slight delay in package delivery times. The Berry Shop is not responsible for lost packages and incorrect addresses. Please double check the address at checkout! 

All orders are final unless the wrong item is sent to you. In that situation you must let us know through email with order number no later than 48 hours after the delivery date.
